Privacy Policy
What CurbWorth stores, and every place your data can reach someone else. No accounts, no names, no advertising identifier, and no use of your device's location to build your feed. It names the exact exceptions rather than rounding them off.
Terms of Service
What CurbWorth is, what it is not, and what you agree to by using it. CurbWorth is a discovery and alerting tool over publicly visible listings. It is not a marketplace, handles no payments, and is not a party to anything you arrange with a listing's poster.
Accessibility
How CurbWorth measures against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, including where it currently falls short. This one is unusual: it reports the gaps we know about by name, because a statement that claims everything works is worth nothing to the people who need it.

How these fit together
The Privacy Policy governs information. The Terms govern use. The Accessibility statement is a commitment about the interface itself. Where a claim appears in more than one of them, it is written from the same source: the running code. If you find a place where a page and the app disagree, that is a bug worth telling us about, and the Support page says how.
